There follows the opening of the evolving DRAFT submission to The TREASURY SELECT COMMITTEE on the Banking Crisis, from the perspective of the INDIVIDUAL, 'ORDINARY CASUALTIES', 'CBRs'.
ENTITLED:
'Application for PUBLIC INQUIRY, and subsequent JUDICIAL INQUIRY, into how the Financial Engineering Crisis would have been avoided by regulating the GFEGs properly.' [definition of GFEGs to be found on our ''Home Page''].
This matter to be concluded by the inclusion of a Court Order setting out the forms of compensation the CBRs must receive, to include PUNITIVE DAMAGES, which will serve to teach the GFEGs the required lesson - that the FSA and other regulators have, FOR OVER 15 years, failed to do i.e. since on or before 1st December, 1993 [confirmatory interview: "FEAR AS REGULATOR", broadcast on 'Money Box', Radio 4, 1993-12-01: http://www.cbr.me/index.php?page=Audio ].
As you will learn, had the UK Government acted on the PERJURY/CONSPIRACY TO PERVERT THE COURSE OF JUSTICE committed in the Royal Courts of Justice when it was first reported:
1. in the J S Bass case, in 1988, or
2. in the ''Baker's Dozen'' cases on or before 1990s AND AGAIN when reported - on 18th June 1998 - face to face with Andrew Edwards, Home Secretary Jack Straw's personal representative....when Jack Straw was carrying out the Review into the Crown Dependencies; in the so called "EDWARDS REVIEW"......which allegedly became a cover up! Why else would the Home Secretary fail to investigate the PERJURY/CONSPIRACY in Court by BANK OF SCOTLAND, NOW Lloyds Banking Group, and their then joint auditors Ernst & Young/KPMG?
Yes, had OUR Government, via our Regulators, punished the guilty ones in Bank of Scotland/Ernst & Young/Nursing & Care Associates [not forgetting their lawyers who knew of all this], then the word would have gone around such organisations that THEY WERE NOT ABOVE THE LAW.....and the Worldwide financial crisis might well have been avoided. If a parent allows a child to get away with minor things, unpunished, then that child will possibly push the boundaries and may develop a CULTURE of LIES and DECEIT LEADING TO CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. The experiences of the past 20 years or so, beginning with the J S Bass case in 1988 http://www.cbr.me/index.php?page=individual-cases, evidence that financial organisations, including auditors and lawyers, who have 'used' CBRs, are no different to undisciplined children 15 to 20 years on! Even Austin Mitchell MP has, to date, been unable to bring justice into the lives of the founding Chapman family! This Honourable committee is hereby requested to take evidence from Mr Mitchell as part of the investigation into the conduct of the High Court, and others, mentioned in the ''Case Studies'' page.
All this inline with current comments in the US media, quoting ordinary people who've suffered loss over AIG. Thus, AIG casualties are yet more CBRs who are now saying that AIG stands for Arrogant, Incompetent and Greedy. This born out by how AIG has behaved! On that basis, what should HBoS, and others relying on Taxpayer bailouts, be called? [HBoS could stand for Horrendously Bad organisational Systems? If there was a 'C' and 'D' in the name then we'd bring in the CULTURE OF DECEIT AND DISHONESTY! The evidence supporting these allegations is being presented to the TSC and will eventually be posted below once the committee has reviewed it during the next stage of their deliberations, on or about May 2009.

Again, in the meantime, if you or anyone you know, has had similar dealings to those in ''Case Studies'' [particularly in the J S Bass case with Barclays/Ernst & Young or as in ''the Baker's Dozen'' cases, involving Bank of Scotland/Ernst & Young/KPMG/P D Stanniland of Nursing & Care Associates, or otherwise, then in the first instance, PLEASE email justin@CBR.me ].
This Honourable Committee is hereby requested to secure from the Royal Courts of Justice the names/contact details of the other 'dozen' referred to in the Bank of Scotland affidavit.
This as a Freedom of Information Act request merely received the response that the Court records are outside of the FOI!!
All areas of this website involve, to some degree, the workings of the justice system which is clearly flawed due to CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS. Jack Straw and his MP colleagues, have FAILED to remedy, amongst others, the J S Bass case and the similar Edwards case.
